Personal Training, Fitness and Wellness
We are Zoe and Holly and we run Wellness Lincs. We offer personal training, fitness classes, sports massage and wellness sessions for all.
WE'RE CURRENTLY ONLINE!
We want to provide people of all ages with greater opportunities to lead active and healthy lifestyles through our range of fun, friendly and motivating sessions across Lincolnshire, in Spalding, Boston and surrounding areas. We offer everything from personal training to fitness and wellness classes to sports massage.
What we do
We're supporting our clients online via Skype and Zoom to deliver personal training and fitness classes during Lockdown 3. We can also carry out personal training 1:1 in a public space, following COVID government guidelines and social distancing.
While the latest lockdown does mean that our massage therapies are on hold, Zoe will be continuing to be available to help and support clients online or by phone. She can provide exercise advice and self-care tips.
We offer face-to-face and online 1:1 and small group personal training in and around Spalding, Sleaford, Boston, Horncastle, Woodhall Spa and surrounding areas. Our fitness classes are available online or face-to-face (when COVID restrictions allow). These include Renew class (a blend of exercises based on Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga for strength and flexibility), usually in Spalding and Surfleet village (near Spalding) when permitted. We also offer core strength, full body workouts and more. All services are offered within COVID guidelines.
We offer sports massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release and Kinesio Taping. Read more here for full details on making a booking and the COVID-19 prevention measures in place. *(These treatments can go ahead in tiers 1, 2 and 3 in the UK).* Please note, due to the nationwide lockdown, these treatments are on hold for the time-being.
